Find Your Options for the Smart Junk Removal

By making separate collection, we guarantee that some materials will be returned to the environment responsibly and in the form of new products. The correct use of collection systems guarantees the protection of the environment and the recovery of resources.
Your Options
- Each Municipality draws up its rules starting from home collection and from the containers located around the city to the stations and ecological platforms for special junk.
- It is necessary to respect some simple rules, published and made available by each Municipality, which must guarantee the efficiency of the process and contribute to the protection of the environment.
- Each material, recycled in the right way, is reborn by entering a new life cycle.
For example, compost is obtained from organic junk, which is a natural fertilizer that keeps the soil healthy and fertile; even glass, for example, can be 100% recycled, saving the energy used for the production of new materials. Better still, the separate collection of plastic, steel and aluminum (which are often collected together in the same bin) is perfect for recycling as it is possible to give these junk a second life to become new objects that we all use every day such as: a bench (plastic), a bicycle (aluminum) or a wrench (steel).
Batteries and accumulators
Old and worn-out batteries (accumulators) must not be mixed and disposed of together with household (municipal) junk as they contain hazardous substances that can pollute the environment and harm human health. All sellers of batteries and accumulators are obliged to enable customers to return junk batteries and accumulators to the place of purchase. Also, retail chains are required to take over used batteries and accumulators. Be sure to dispose of old and used batteries and accumulators in special containers. As a part of the junk removal this is important.
Biojunk
We separate biojunk separately from other household junk by preparing a special container in advance within our own household that will only be used for biojunk disposal. The contents of the container-separated biojunk are later disposed of in BROWN containers that are usually placed next to residential buildings. By separating biojunk from household junk, we enable the utility company-collector to take over the biojunk and to take it to the composting plant where it will be disposed of properly. Citizens can bring separately collected biojunk in person to the composting plant or recycling yard (intended for smaller amounts of biojunk). Also, citizens can use the prepared compost in their own garden as an excellent natural fertilizer.
Electrical and electronic junk (EE junk)
Electrical and electronic junk (EE-junk) belongs to hazardous junk and it is not allowed to dispose of it together with other household junk, but it is necessary to separate it and hand it over to authorized collectors.
